We value your time and I am sure you would apply the same to us.
We require at least 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring a fee.
This policy is in place to allow us to offer the appointment to another client who may be on our Cancellation or Waiting List.
We do understand that sometimes you maybe unable to keep an appointment due to sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency.
In these circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
So that we can discuss your situation and make alternative arrangements.

Non-attendance 100% fee charged
Cancellation on the day of the appointment 100% fee charged
Less than 24hrs notice of cancellation 100% fee charged
Less than 48hrs notice of cancellation. 50% fee charged
48hrs+ notice of cancellation NIL
