Tina is very highly skilled and trained in understanding the mind and resolving the many types of conditions which require counselling and therapy. She has extensive qualifications and experience and her “Skillset” is a combination of many proven researched evidence based, and extremely effective holistic psychological therapies, for a wide range of conditions including: mental health, addictions, emotional wellbeing and self development.

Tina has developed her own integrative approach and style using processes from a wide range of therapies and all sessions are individually tailored to the personality and needs of each client.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES (EFT) changes blocks, patterns and limiting beliefs on the mental, emotional and physical level effectively changing the mindset.

NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP) is a way of changing someone’s thoughts and behaviours to help achieve desired outcomes for them.

EMOTIONAL RELEASE THERAPY (ERT) helps the mind and body to release and process the negative ëmotional baggage" on a cellular level.

PSYCHE-K helps you to identify the limiting belief that is potentially causing damaging consequences in your life and delete it. Installing a new belief in its place  that is in alignment with your desire.

THE EMOTION CODE focuses on locating, identifying and releasing trapped emotions that are causing mental, emotional or physical distress.

THE BARS is a very gentle process that empties all of those limiting thoughts blocking you and standing in your way, so that you will gain clarity and focus.
